Z'hyean | Character Design

Z'heyan is an animated avatar concepted and designed to assist (Noor Riyadh 2022)VIP guided tours at Kindi Plaza hub.

Z'hyean illustrated the history of projection, magic lantern shows, and how artists developed the media throughout the history. Starting from small magic lantern shows, to Expanded Cinema, and Projection Mapping as we know it today.

- Face-tracked expressions were pre-recorded and composed in scenes to insure an immersive experience for the guests.

- 19+ mouth keys to match all necessary lip-syncs, facial tracking needed and accurate pronunciations. 

As a creative director, storyboard artist, character designer and the voice of Z'heyan, I have marked my first step into my creative visions coming upon reality by producing the world wide, well known Japan's billboard and interactive phenomena- "Anime Aesthetic" to a global and local audience at Noor 2022. Lending my skills and artistry to serve my country's contribution of spreading the word of Art on top of that, filled me with absolute honor.
